I am Frank Rikken – project manager, communications advisor, and social entrepreneur. Since 2006, I have been working under the name Adversa on communication projects, team development, and social issues. With a background in the commercial sector, I have increasingly focused on building impactful projects in recent years. In the Netherlands and beyond.
In 2019, I changed course. After years as an interim manager in communications, I asked myself: what do I really add? That question took me to Cambodia, where I coached young people as they started their careers. Back in the Netherlands, I continued to build on that new passion: through my foundation Smiles of Hope, but also as a project leader for governments, in crisis teams, and on social challenges.
